Attorney General Dana Nessel & the DAG’s FORCE Team, now entering their third year of operation, gave a presentation on their successes to date to inform retail professionals, prosecutors, & law enforcement at the first annual MIORCA - Michigan Organized Retail Crime Association Conference.

This afternoon, Attorney General Dana Nessel met with the 2025 Leadership Cohort from the Michigan West Coast Chamber of Commerce as part of their Government Day lineup. AG Nessel spoke with the group about the role of the Department of Attorney General in Michigan government.

Attorney General Dana Nessel sat down with Cooley Law School students & faculty to answer questions about public service careers at the Michigan Department of Attorney General alongside DAG staff representing 6 of our over 20 divisions.

Today at Michigan State University College of Law, Attorney General Dana Nessel and DAG staff, representing some of the Department’s over 20 different divisions, visited to answer questions from students and faculty about public service career opportunities and the DAG’s most recent cases.

We are grateful for the hard work of Michigan Solicitor General Ann Sherman and her team, which culminated yesterday in arguments on behalf of the state of Michigan before the Supreme Court of the United States.
