In the winter of 2024-2025, Minnesota saw an unusual surge of outbreaks of norovirus, the most common type of foodborne illness. The Minnesota Public Health Laboratory and epidemiologists from the Minnesota Department of Health leapt into action to analyze and address the outbreaks. https://lnkd.in/g3SP26iD
