U.S. District Judge Julie R. Rubin sentenced Jalen Thomas Kelley, 22, of Abingdon, Maryland, to 20 years in federal prison followed by five years of supervised release. Moshe Gabay, 54, of Baltimore, Maryland — the owner of a Baltimore pharmacy — pled guilty to one count of filing false tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). On the fraudulent tax returns, Gabay underreported his income by more than $3.5 million which meant he owed more than $1 million in taxes. IRS Criminal Investigation investigated this case.
