Aliens who enter the U.S. on an employment visa but fail to report to their designated employer or leave the job without returning to their home country are in violation of immigration laws and will face legal consequences. This was the case for an individual who was supposed to be working in Florida on a H2A visa but did not report back to his employer and was found by our team in Fresno.   U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is taking care of it now.

Our Detroit office discovered a Cuban alien was out of valid immigration status and had an extensive criminal history. His offenses include assault and battery, retail fraud, domestic violence, assaulting a police officer, and fleeing police, with crimes spanning 8 years across Florida, Indiana, and Michigan. Our partners at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) took the alien into custody. This action underscores USCIS’ commitment to making America safe again.
