Marriage fraud is a federal crime. There will not be a happily ever after for this illegal alien who was ordered removed from the U.S. 14 years ago due to marriage fraud. She was taken into custody at our Orlando office by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and our Florida Highway Patrol Orlando partners. Under President Donald J. Trump and Secretary Kristi Noem, there are consequences for breaking immigration law.

In support of Executive Order 14161, Protecting the U.S. from Foreign Terrorists and Other National Security and Public Safety Threats, USCIS is rescinding prior guidance regarding stateless aliens. Under President Donald J. Trump's and Secretary Kristi Noem's direction, USCIS will ensure that sufficient safeguards are in place to prevent any stateless alien from being admitted to the U.S. without undergoing stringent identity verification beyond that required of any other alien seeking admission or entry to the U.S. https://lnkd.in/eN_ARFBN

This illegal alien from Cuba fraudulently entered the country in 2004, had a criminal conviction in 2008, and was ordered removed in 2012. He's been here illegally all this time. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Florida Highway Patrol took him into custody when he came to our Orlando office. Together with our state and local partners, U.S. Department of Homeland Security is making America safe again!

An illegal alien from Haiti lied on his Green Card application. When USCIS discovered it, we put him in removal proceedings. An immigration judge revoked his Green Card and ordered him removed 7 months ago, but he didn't leave. Instead, this criminal applied for citizenship. When he showed up at our Jacksonville, Fla. office, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) showed up too, and he left in handcuffs. You can't game the system. Under President Donald J. Trump and Secretary Kristi Noem, our robust vetting works, and it's making America safe again!

A warrant for an arrest is a serious matter, regardless of the reason for the warrant. If you show up at a USCIS field office looking for an immigration benefit for a relative and we detect you’re not following our laws, you will face consequences. The USCIS Miami field office is doing their part to make America safe with the recent arrest of this woman for an outstanding warrant.

At the direction of Secretary Kristi Noem, USCIS, along with U.S. Customs and Border Protection and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), are thoroughly reviewing visa records to identify visa overstays, and crack down on illegal aliens hiding in the U.S. following the Boulder terrorist attack. https://lnkd.in/evatQZAq
