Marriage fraud is a federal crime. There will not be a happily ever after for this illegal alien who was ordered removed from the U.S. 14 years ago due to marriage fraud. She was taken into custody at our Orlando office by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and our Florida Highway Patrol Orlando partners. Under President Donald J. Trump and Secretary Kristi Noem, there are consequences for breaking immigration law.

An illegal alien from Haiti lied on his Green Card application. When USCIS discovered it, we put him in removal proceedings. An immigration judge revoked his Green Card and ordered him removed 7 months ago, but he didn't leave. Instead, this criminal applied for citizenship. When he showed up at our Jacksonville, Fla. office, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) showed up too, and he left in handcuffs. You can't game the system. Under President Donald J. Aliens with a USCIS online account will now receive monthly messages by email and/or text message informing them of any cases that are still pending with USCIS. Visit myaccount.uscis.gov to log in to your account. Review your account settings to update how you receive messages from USCIS. A warrant for an arrest is a serious matter, regardless of the reason for the warrant. If you show up at a USCIS field office looking for an immigration benefit for a relative and we detect you’re not following our laws, you will face consequences. The USCIS Miami field office is doing their part to make America safe with the recent arrest of this woman for an outstanding warrant.
