Dry for many overnight, Wet and windy on Sunday.
Any showers will tend to fade with clear skies for most this evening. However, it will gradually cloud over in the west with a band of rain arriving by dawn, accompanied by a strengthening wind.
Wind and rain will quickly spread eastwards Sunday morning, reaching all but the far southeast of England by dark. Turning drier and brighter from the west later with blustery showers
Brighter on Monday and Tuesday with sunshine and showers, these locally heavy and possibly thundery. Another band of rain likely to move in from the west during Wednesday.
