Meet Matt Engstrom – Co-Founder, Partner, saxophone shredder, and lover of beer and music. A lifelong Minnesotan, Matt started playing sax in 4th grade and never put it down—performing in both the St. Olaf Band and Jazz Band throughout college. With a background in math, physics, and mechanical engineering, he eventually found himself in the tech world for two decades, but beer and music kept calling. What started as a brewing hobby turned into a full-fledged mission with co-founder Bill: create great beer, build community, and give back by supporting local music education.
