Capital Improvement Plan

The Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) is a strategic planning and fiscal management tool which identifies proposed capital improvements over a multi-year period (usually five years). Capital improvements refer to major, non-recurring physical expenditures such as land, buildings, public infrastructure, and equipment with a cost in excess of $10,000.
