USDN Equity Diversity Inclusion Fellowship

The Urban Sustainability Directors Network (USDN) is offering two fellowship placement in 2024 - one in the City of Boise ID and one in the City of Fort Collins CO. The EDI Fellowship is a summer program that addresses an existing disparity in representation of people of color in sustainability fields and the USDN member network. Fellows will receive a valuable learning experience while helping local governments advance sustainability and inclusion goals. The fellowship application is now closed. Keep an eye out for news about 2025!

Fellowships will be full-time for at least 12 weeks, beginning the week of June 3rd and concluding the week of August 26th. USDN and host sites will work with selected candidates to finalize start and end dates. Fellows will work in-person, though some will be in a hybrid configuration as safety permits. Potential Fellows will have to consider if they can arrange and cover their own travel and lodging should they choose to apply to a location outside of where they live.
