In partnership with the Baltimore City Health Department (BCHD), a city health official demonstrates how to administer naloxone in the event of an overdose. Naloxone is a life-saving medication that, when administered, can help prevent an overdose. One of the main factors that can lead someone to experience substance use disorder is poor mental health.
